Do you accept refunds?
All jewelry items are intended to be a final sale. I put a lot of heart and soul into each piece I make. I do my best to include detailed descriptions behind each piece of jewelry in order for you to make an informed purchase. Refunds will not be accepted for the wrong size, so make sure to double check your ring size before making a purchase. Please refer to the refund policy in the footer for more detail on what may be accepted for a return/refund.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, all international pieces will be shipped via USPS. Shipping time frames vary depending on the country and can potentially take up to 30 days or more depending on location. Due to the unpredictability of shipping internationally, I cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs or import taxes that may apply. All items will be insured for the full amount. Due to shipping time frames, all international sales are final.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You may checkout with PayPal or any major credit card through my shop. My store is hosted via Shopify, so all payments are managed through their network. My shop also offers payment installments.
Do you accept customs/commissions?
I will typically set aside 3-5 customs/commissions slots at the start of each new collection. These are all handled through my instagram account (@dirtbag.gems). These slots are first come first serve and go fast, so keep an eye out!
